Role Description

This is a contract role for a New Graduate Occupational Therapist based in Sydney, Melbourne, with a hybrid work arrangement offering flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, develop and implement personalized therapy plans, and contribute to their overall goals for daily living and independence. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing education to clients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapy skills including conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, and implementing interventions
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate with clients and their families
  • Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and experience working in disability or healthcare sectors is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration
  • Compassion, a client-focused mindset, and a desire to make a positive difference
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
