Reporting directly to the PMO Lead, you will be pivotal in orchestrating projects that leverage technology to empower people.

As a linchpin in our dynamic team, you will oversee critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved, all while fostering collaboration across our global locations in Australia, Singapore, India, USA, and the Philippines. Your expertise in technology project management, and preferably UKG WFM technologies will be your allies as you work to cultivate solutions that stand at the confluence of people and technology, embodying Smart WFM's vision of enabling individuals to accomplish more through technology.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Manage a portfolio of UKG client projects from Kick-off to Support using appropriate project management methodologies
• Guide and effectively influence client and Smart WFM decision-making to maximise the value of technology and the people using the solutions
• Build and maintain professional relations with clients and client project teams
• Demonstrate leadership ability with both project teams and clients
• Manage conflicts through effective and inclusive problem-solving and negotiation
  
• Manage Scope, Issues and Risks in an unbiased manner

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have 4-5 years UKG Pro WFM project or other WFM Technology project management experience
• Be highly customer focussed and driven by the quality of work and always aiming to exceed client expectations
• Have a strong commercial mindset
• Learn quickly when facing new technical challenges
• Systems and relational thinking 
• Decisive and able to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information
• Work well under pressure
• Be comfortable presenting virtually (web and/or phone) for client audiences
• Have a strong understanding of WFM timekeeping, scheduling and integration
• Have strong judgment and is a logical thinker
• Strong Situational awareness
• Have strong process capabilities
  
• Demonstrate hands-on experience and competency in Project Management tools
• Be an effective and confident communicator 
• Have strong team leadership capabilities and is comfortable coaching and motivating a team of people
• Seek feedback and continuously improve all aspects of the role
