FISH & CHIPS Griller / Fryer / Cook

Below is a list of tasks that we feel the successful candidate will possess;
• Chef,Grilling and Food preparation
• Confident & outgoing with strong customer service skills.
• Supervising kitchen staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring an efficient and organized work environment.
• Maintaining high standards for food preparation.
• Implementing management vision for the kitchen and ensuring daily plans are executed effectively.
• Motivating the team, resolving conflicts, and training less experienced cooks.
• Overseeing cleanliness, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring food safety practices are followed.
• Assisting in menu planning, development, and the creation of new dishes. Having an understanding of Greek cuisine would be highly considered. Having strong experience with seafood will be highly considered also
• Must provide minimum of 25 hours per week and availability to suit the business, spring/summer being our busiest time therefore we need reliability & availability over this period.
• There will be a need to start at 8am some days if daily preparation needs to be completed.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour
