About the Position
As the Team Leader Future Students, you will provide operational leadership to the Future Students Team, driving proactive outbound recruitment campaigns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for prospective and current students. Your role will play a key part in achieving the University's enrolment targets by overseeing multi-channel contact strategies. Additionally, your role will be responsible for maintaining data integrity for campaigns, ensuring compliance with all CDU Policies and sector regulations, supporting the Manager Future Students and Admissions with operational reporting and performance insights, and contributing to ongoing process and system enhancements to improve efficiency, service quality, and the applicant-to-student journey.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
• A degree with subsequent relevant experience in a regulated, customer-focused environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, multi-channel environment, customer service or sales team, preferably in the tertiary education sector.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to document processes, prepare reports, and develop training materials.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes or regulations clearly to customers and staff.
• Proven ability to meet operational deadlines and KPIs, with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, customer-focused culture that drives student engagement and successful outcomes.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with experience developing staff capability and implementing improvements to processes, systems, and service delivery.
• Experience conducting outbound phone campaigns and mentoring others to achieve performance and conversion targets.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 6. The base salary will be in the range of $86, 629 - $92,329 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $101,355 - $108,024 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
