Restaurant / F&B Wait Staff

We are seeking experienced Restaurant / F&B Staff for our 1770 Agnes Water Resort and Restaurant.

Ideal candidate

You must have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness under pressure with an eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery. You will understand that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. You will be the key to ensure that everything keeps on working to a high standard and quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Work hands on in the restaurant and room service
• Lead by example
• Demonstrate food and beverage management skills
• Prior experience with Fedelta POS, highly regarded
• Excellent presentation skills, you take pride in your appearance as a reflection of the brand you work for, and you always wear a smile
• A passion for food and wine
• Existing knowledge of, or desire to understand, the local region and its offering (living locally is advantageous)
• Available to work on weekends & public holidays and flexibility in working various shifts across a 7-day roster
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Barista skills highly regarded
