About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (HVAC) to join our team in Silverwater-NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic opportunities within the HVAC industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including potential clients and partners
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to secure new business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform the company's sales and business development strategies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the HVAC industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives
  • Qualification or experience in business sales, marketing, refrigeration, engineering, or a related field
