About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Principal to lead our motorcycle dealership. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture across all departments.
You'll be the driving force behind the dealership's success—motivating your team, managing performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll be supported by a strong leadership team and have the autonomy to make impactful decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed budgeted gross/net profit across all departments
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to all dealership staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, and licensing requirements
- Oversee daily operations including sales, service, parts, and administration
- Maintain strong supplier and manufacturer relationships
- Monitor stock levels, showroom presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Drive training and development across the dealership
- Ensure accurate reporting and effective use of management tools

- Proven business acumen and leadership experience in a dealership environment
- Strong understanding of sales, service, and parts operations
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

- Prior automotive industry experience preferred
