Tamworth City Toyota have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead our New Vehicle Department. You will be directly responsible for a team of Sales Consultants and work closely with our Fleet, Used and Finance departments.

What you'll be doing:

· Oversee daily sales operations and vehicle deliveries

· Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales and gross profit targets.

· Manage a high-performing sales team.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and internal departments.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

What we're looking for:

· You are either an experienced sales manager or senior automotive sales consultant looking for the next step in your career.

· A professional and honest attitude with a passion for team success.

· Have a strong and clear understanding of the automotive industry.

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

· Valid Driver's Licence and the right to work in Australia.
