The Opportunity - Permanent Full Time 76 hrs per fortnight

This dynamic role will be the first point of contact for Anglican Care Bishop Tyrell Place and offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking for a new challenge. The successful applicant will have a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to relate to older persons. You will have a range of administrative skills to complete a variety of tasks, with the ability to work on your own and with others. Staff rostering is a large component of the role; previous experience will be highly regarded.

Role & Responsibilities:    

  • Providing a high standard of clerical support to the Manager/Supervisor and team.
  • Sound rostering experience  
  • Working as an effective team member, ensuring that work requirements are met.
  • Working with limited supervision, using initiative and judgement in tasks undertaken.
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with peers, consumers, their families and all other customers.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
