Faroza is a small business that has just launched this 2025 and have multiple pop ups across Melbourne. They pride themselves in their timeless, hand curated crochet flowers. Alongside this, they also sell 18k gold plated jewellery, 3D printed figurines, block characters/flowers and DIY kits.

Faroza is looking for part-time, full-time & seasonal staff for the multiple pop ups that we have across melbourne this year including: Ringwood, Frankston & Keysborough.

What does this job look like:

  • hitting KPI figures in sales of both jewellery & crochet flowers.

  • maintaining product knowledge.

  • maintaining store cleanliness.

  • reporting sales.

  • making stock lists of extra products needed.

-balancing more than 3 customers at a time without losing any sales.

  • making crochet bouquets to the customer's desire.

  • working in a fast paced environment.

  • creating jewellery stacks and sets for customers.

What does this job require:

  • fluent in speaking English.

  • customer service experience is preferred.

  • sales experience, but not essential (full training provided).

  • confidence and bubbly energy when approaching customers.

  • access to a vehicle is preferred.

  • being punctual with opening and closing times.

  • working independently at the store.

  • must be able to work a minimum of 3-5 days per week (Monday - Sunday).
