Are you an experienced hospitality professional who knows your way around both a bar and a bottleshop? Attfield 39 is seeking a capable and customer-focused Bottleshop and Bar Attendant to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

Attfield 39 is a local favourite in Maddington, combining a relaxed bar space with a well-stocked bottleshop that locals love. We're all about quality service, community vibes, and a solid range of drinks to suit every taste.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Serving customers in both the bar and bottleshop with genuine hospitality
  • Recommending products with confidence and knowledge
  • Maintaining stock levels, including stock rotation, stock movement, and restocking shelves/cool rooms
  • Operating the POS system accurately and handling transactions
  • Ensuring the bar and bottleshop areas are clean, organised and compliant with RSA regulations
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver great service

We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a bottleshop and/or bar environment
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with stock handling and rotation
  • A customer-first attitude with clear, friendly communication skills
  • A valid RSA certificate (WA), TAB compliance is advantageous
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A reliable and proactive approach to work
  • Beverage knowledge (beer, wine, spirits) is highly regarded

Casual Pay Rates:

  • $32–$36 per hour, depending on experience and availability
  • Penalty rates apply for weekends and public holidays

Education:

  • High School (Year 12) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bartending: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English well (Required)

Licence/Certification:

  • RSA (Required)
  • RSA, TAB Compliance, Approved Manager (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
