This Christmas season, we're looking for passionate, energetic Christmas Casuals to help us bring the BBSLEEK experience to life across our busy retail locations.

If you love people, beauty, and sales, this is your chance to join a fun, high-energy team and represent a global-minded Aussie brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering an amazing customer experience at our BBSLEEK pop-ups and retail spaces
  • Demonstrating & educating customers on our signature products (Sleek Stick, Sleek & Treat Wax, Marinate Mask + more)
  • Driving sales and daily targets with confidence and energy
  • Maintaining our BBSLEEK vibe in store (visuals, displays, brand language)
  • Working as part of a fun, supportive team during the Christmas retail rush

What we're looking for

  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience (beauty/fashion highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills & confident engaging with customers
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
  • Ability to work across November – December (including peak holiday trade & weekends)
  • Passion for beauty, haircare & the BBSLEEK brand
