THE ROLE

As an Accounts Payable office, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to our valued vendors.

Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to:

  • Process a high volume of invoices with precision and attention to detail.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address any payment-related inquiries.

To be successful for this role you'll need:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software like Timberline and TimberScan or similar account systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
