We are looking for a Law Graduate passionate about building their career in Personal Injury to join our supportive, values-driven team.

This is your chance to gain practical experience across client meetings, court appearances, legal drafting, and research - all under the guidance of an experienced Senior Associate. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values integrity, learning, and delivering successful outcomes for clients

This will be a 12m contract initially with an opportunity for ongoing employment subject to gaining admission to practice and satisfactory performance.

The role:

• Assist senior lawyer with file management, legal drafting, and court preparation
• Attend client meetings, mediations, and court appearances as appropriate
• Conduct research and support the delivery of practical legal solutions
• Maintain high-quality case files and contribute to smooth workflow
• Learn on the job and develop your legal skills in a hands-on environment.

About you:

• Law Degree (LLB) from a recognised institution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a practical legal environment
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel in the Gippsland area.
