About the RoleeMedici is an Australian medical education company seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded Education and Engagement Lead for a 0.2 FTE part-time employee role commencing early 2026.This role focuses on delivering high-quality education and building connections that supports international medical graduates (IMGs) through every step of their journey, from exam preparation to clinical practice in Australia. You will bring both first-hand experience of the international medical graduate (IMG) pathway, working closely with the eMedici executive team to create and deliver educational content using eMedici resources, foster peer networks, and represent eMedici.Key responsibilitiesEducation DeliveryDesign and deliver educational content tailored for IMG doctors, including webinars on written and clinical exam preparation.Ensure all educational materials align with Australian clinical standards and current best practice.Community and EngagementBuild a strong sense of belonging and engagement within the IMG community.Develop informative and inspiring blog posts, newsletters, and educational communications on topics relevant to the IMG journey.Create and maintain an IMG resource guide to support candidates through the stages of their training and registration pathway.Maintain awareness of the IMG community's evolving needs, communication channels, and learning preferences.Coordinate an IMG Ambassador Program to promote eMedici educational resources.PartnershipsBuild and manage collaborations with organisations, networks, and advocacy groups who support IMG doctors.Collaborate on initiatives that enhance educational access and community engagement.Candidate minimum requirementsMBBS or MD or equivalent international medical qualification.Hold general registration with AHPRA.Direct experience with pathways into Australian clinical practice (e.g. completion of AMC written and clinical examinations or WBA pathway)Demonstrated experience in medical education, including teaching, assessment, or curriculum development.Must have work rights in Australia. eMedici is unable to provide sponsorship for prospective candidates for this role.Passionate about medical education and supporting the IMG journey.Desired characteristicsDirect experience with using eMedici resources.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Engaging and confident presentation and teaching skills.High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Collaborative and proactive communicator who works well in a team.Hours12 month fixed term contract, with start date in early 2026 to be negotiated with the successful candidate.Flexible working hours across a fortnight.Must have availability to deliver online education sessions during and after business hours if required.Regular meetings held with the eMedici executive team.Remote, work-from-home.Remuneration guide$134,000-$150,000 p.a. plus superannuation, pro-rated to 0.2 FTE.Application processTo apply, please submit:A curriculum vitae.A cover letter addressing the key responsibilities, candidate minimum requirements, desired characteristics, and availability.A brief video (
