The Body Crew is seeking experienced instructors to join the growing team. As TBC expands, we are looking to hire 2 instructors for Reformer Pilates and other group classes (option for private sessions as well).

TBC is a small studio with a strong community and buzzing atmosphere. Reformer classes are capped at 8 clients, and we offer a range of other styles including Barre, Sculpt, Stretch & Mobility, Private Pilates and Infrared Sauna.

We are seeking 2 instructors to take on permanent shifts split across mornings & evenings. The ability to cover on other days and weekends is ideal but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in teaching Reformer Pilates. A background in sport, dance or allied health is beneficial but not necessary. A vibrant and inclusive personality and the willingness to work in a strong team environment. TBC values our clients and community and purposely keep class sizes small to modify for injuries, pregnancy and all levels. Prior training or experience in modifications is ideal, however training will be offered to all instructors.

We recently launched a Private Studio with a half trapeze reformer. Experience on this would allow opportunity for the ideal candidate to build their own clients and schedule. Training will be offered to the right candidate on the half trapeze.

Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
