About the Role:

As a Flooring Labourer at Allure Concrete Solutions, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality flooring solutions for a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to a team that prioritizes craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in the flooring industry
• Basic knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy applications, surface preparation, and levelling
• Willingness to learn and grow in the flooring industry
• Ability to follow instructions and contribute to a team-based work environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Good communication skills for working with clients and team members
• A White Construction Card
