About the role

As a Technical Assistant (Electronics), you'll be hands-on with fuel management systems—configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting technicians remotely. Blending IT, electrical, and mechanical skills, you'll work closely with our technical team to keep systems reliable, safe, and future-ready. Your work drives operational excellence and keeps IOR at the forefront of fuel technology.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to test, configure, and maintain fuel management systems for peak performance.
  • Provide expert remote support to technicians and customers, resolving hardware and software issues with precision.
  • Apply strong electrical and electronic fault-finding skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
  • Create and update clear, comprehensive guides, procedures, and system configuration records.
  • Thrive in both independent and team settings while gaining hands-on experience with evolving fuel technologies.

What IOR are Looking For:

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology and teamwork. You're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, blending IT, electronics, and mechanical know-how to keep systems running smoothly. Whether you're guiding technicians remotely or diving into diagnostics, you bring curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to excellence. If you're ready to grow with evolving fuel technologies and make a real impact, we'd love to have you on board.

To succeed in this role, you'll also need:

  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding experience, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
  • Valid driver's license, with the ability to travel as required for site support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
