The Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, has an eye for detail, and a passion for beautiful jewellery. You will be assisting customers, supporting daily store operations, and helping create an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with jewellery selection
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Process sales, lay-bys, and repairs accurately
  • Maintain elegant store presentation and displays
  • Assist with stock management and inventory
  • Contribute to team sales goals and store success

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • A positive, reliable, and adaptable attitude
  • Previous retail or sales experience (not jewellery related, all training will be provided)
  • A genuine passion for jewellery and customer care
