Exciting opportunities exist for HR Drivers at Cordwells Concrete's Yandina and Caloundra plants in QLD. We are looking for drivers for Tippers, Agitators, and Mini Agitators.

Responsibilities

  • Follow company policy and procedure,
  • Delivering premixed concrete,
  • Regular communication with other staff to ensure all processes are proceeding according to standards
  • Pre-starts and maintenance of machinery
  • Ensuring relevant records are maintained

Requirements

  • Must have an OPEN HR licence and experience (minimum 2 years of truck driving experience).
  • Must have a construction card
  • Must hold a current White Card (Construction Induction Training)
  • Concrete delivery experience is not essential - the willingness to learn is.
  • Must be able to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Able to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of road transport legislation and Chain of Responsibility obligations
  • Physically fit and able to climb in/out of vehicles, lift equipment, and work in various weather conditions
  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
  • Must be available to work day shifts
