Baiada is a privately owned Australian Company providing premium quality poultry products throughout Australia. We operate throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia with our Head Office based in Pendle Hill.  Our brands include Lilydale Free Range and Steggles. We also support 14 Australian children's charities through the Steggles Charity Nest.

At Baiada Poultry our primary objective is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent service.

We are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual to join our business in Wulkuraka-Ipswich area as a Sales Representative. This is an opportunity for those with a strong desire to take ownership and build upon a career with an industry leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain relationships with key customers across the QLD region
  • Identify and drive growth plans as per business objectives
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Operations team at store level
  • Resolve all daily issues across QLD
  • Work closely with logistics, planning, customer service and boarder sale team to ensure customer service levels are adhered to
  • Attend Corporate/Customer events as determined by State Sales Manager
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and maintain weekly budgets and KPI'S as requested by SSM
  • Provide weekly reports to SSM
  • Generate new business by canvasing and converting new business leads in the wholesale Route Market
  • Manage QSR enquiries and problem solving within QLD in conjunction with the National QSR Team
