We're looking for 1st Year Light Vehicle Apprentices who are passionate about cars and ready to launch their career with Bentley in 2026.

No experience? No worries You'll learn from the best, earn while you train, and gain hands-on experience working with some of the most iconic vehicles in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing
