**Job Description**
DeckSeal is a reputable Australian franchise specializing in outdoor deck maintenance. Due to business expansion, we are now hiring Deck Maintenance Specialists to join our team in the Penrith area. We offer stable employment, a clear career progression path, and a positive working environment.
Our main business involves the cleaning, sanding, oiling/staining/painting, restoration, and ongoing maintenance of wooden outdoor structures (such as wooden decks), courtyard platforms, patios, fences, and outdoor furniture.
* **Job Type: ** Full-time / Part-time/Casual
* **Job Overview:** Sanding, high-pressure cleaning, and oiling maintenance of outdoor decks.
* **Working Hours:** 8 hours of work per day; if less than 8 hours are worked, payment will be for 8 hours.
**Position 1: Team Leader - 1 Vacancy**
**Requirements:**
Substantial relevant work experience; proficient in operating machinery such as sanders and high-pressure washer.
Strong communication skills, capable of effective interaction with clients.
Ability to independently conduct site measurements, take photos, and assist the manager with quotations.
Under 40 years old; holds an Australian Full Driver Licence.
English language skills; responsible; able to lead a team to complete tasks.
Mandarin Speaking is an advantage but not essential.

**Position 2: Maintenance Assistant - 1 Vacancy**
**Requirements:**
Proactive, eager to learn, responsible, and keen to acquire new skills.
Able to quickly grasp and become proficient in operating various maintenance machinery.
Possesses good physical strength and stamina, suited for outdoor manual work.
Has own transport (car).
Basic English communication skills; under 40 years old.
Mandarin Speaking is an advantage but not essential.
Eager to learn and progress towards a Team Leader position.
