About the Role

As the CFS/AQIS Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our container freight station (CFS) and support our Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) processes.

This role is responsible for supporting the team with coordinating daily unpacking and packing activities, ensuring compliance with Australian Customs and Biosecurity regulations, and supporting customer requirements through accurate communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all CFS/Warehouse and AQIS-related activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ideally have experience in FAK (however not essential)
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to manage LCL unpacking, loading, and related processes.
  • Prepare and maintain unpack reports, keeping customers informed of progress and outcomes.
  • Liaise with the transport team to plan driver and equipment capacity effectively.
  • Manage key accounts and projects, ensuring all service expectations are met.
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to provide proactive and professional updates.
  • Ensure data entry and job information are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, including safety, biosecurity, and quality standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Understanding of Australian Customs and Biosecurity regulations (experience in CFS/AQIS operations essential).
  • Exposure to FAK
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Prior experience using transport or logistics systems (preferred, not essential).
