Well, look no further Here at the Charles Hotel, we're on the hunt for experienced, friendly, and energetic Food & Beverage staff who live and breathe top-notch service. If you have a current RSA, a sharp eye for detail, and love the buzz of a busy venue,

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

  • Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

  • Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

  • From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

  • You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

  • You must have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

  • Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
