So, what will I be doing you ask? Well, this is where it gets really exciting. You'll provide end to end recruitment support for a client group that is front and centre in delivering AFCA's purpose every day.
As the Recruitment and Careers Consultant you will partner with leaders to devise and execute creative, fit for purpose sourcing and assessment strategies. You will act as the key contact for our candidates, ensuring a best in market experience and you'll get involved in creating and running assessment centres, with an opportunity to utilise your creative side with some exciting project work.
This is a 12 week contract commencing immediately.
