About the role

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Cowra area to support a 29 year-old female participant with a sustained Spinal Cord Injury to remain living independently within his home.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Medication administration
  • Use of mobility equipment
  • Domestic assistance
  • Meal preparation and Community participation
  • Personal Care Tasks
  • You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

Job Type: Contractor

What you need:

  • Current references
  • Mobile phone
  • Current driver's license and your own car
  • NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (paid) (mandatory)
  • Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing

Days/Hours:

  • Tuesdays weekly
