About The Role

  • Manage production support and operation of platforms, ensuring optimal system uptime and performance.
  • Provide Level 2 & 3 technical support, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize SQL for data management, configuration changes, and running queries to support platform operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance customer experience and platform efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training on Power BI and Power Automate to enhance team capabilities.
  • Maintain on-premises IT infrastructure and devices, ensuring compliance with IT policies and security standards.
  • Provision training on software usage and IT policies to employees, fostering a knowledgeable and compliant workforce.
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

About the candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in managing production support and operation of platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data management and queries.
  • Experience in providing Level 2 & 3 support.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Experience providing technical support and training on Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure and providing training on software usage and IT policies.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving proficiency to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Adaptability to new systems and technologies.
  • Experience in maintaining on-premises IT infrastructure and devices.
  • Ability to provide training and manage IT infrastructure in an educational setting.
