Side B Vinyl Bar is looking for a casual kitchen hand at our vinyl record store and cocktail bar in Blackheath in the Blue Mountains

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation - putting together and plating share plates, cheese and charcuterie boards, Gildas, snacks etc - no cooking involved
  • Loading bar glasses and plates into dishwasher and then drying and prepping for re-stocking in kitchen and bar
  • Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
  • Must be very fast and able to follow instruction
  • Available to start from around 4:30pm or 5pm

Working within a great team in the coolest bar in the Blue Mountains. In the longer term, the opportunity to also work in the bar area, making cocktails.

Job Type: Casual - up to 3 nights per week - across Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday
