About the Role

We are seeking motivated and experienced personnel for hardscape landscaping roles, including paving, concreting, decking, and base screeding. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Base preparation including excavation and site setup
• Installation of synthetic grass and rubber softfall surfaces
• Construction of playgrounds and recreational facilities
• General landscaping and labouring duties
• Willingness to travel to regional areas and work away from home when required

Skills & Experience Required

• Own reliable transport to and from work
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks
• White Card (OH&S Induction Card)
• Experience on construction sites
• Background in at least one of the following: Landscaping, Concrete/Paving, Carpentry
• Team player with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
