Executive Assistant,
a trusted partner to our
CEO
to help lead the rhythm of our fast-growing business and bring focus, clarity, and momentum to every day.

The Opportunity:

This isn't a typical EA role. It's a seat at the centre of a company redefining how care is delivered.

You'll work alongside a visionary CEO in a high-trust, high-impact partnership, anticipating needs, connecting priorities, and ensuring the organisation runs at its highest potential.

You'll combine strategic awareness with flawless execution: shaping communications, enabling decisions, and ensuring every minute of the CEO's time delivers value. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast, evolving environment and finds energy in turning complexity into progress.

How you will make a difference:

  • Be the right hand:
    manage calendars, information flow, and priorities to keep the CEO focused on what matters most.
  • Shape communication:
    craft clear, impactful content — from board papers to key messages that drive alignment and engagement.
  • Connect the dots:
    strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and trust at every level.
  • Deliver outcomes:
    coordinate projects, leadership forums, and initiatives that turn strategic ideas into tangible results.
  • Stay ahead:
    anticipate, adapt, and remove friction — keeping the business moving, even when things get complex.

What you bring:

Proven experience supporting senior or C-suite executives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Outstanding judgment, professionalism, and absolute confidentiality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — polished, adaptable, and thoughtful.
  • Tech-savvy and agile, with deep capability across Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaboration tools.
  • Commercial acumen, initiative, and the resilience to thrive under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset and emotional intelligence that earns trust and drives confidence.
