About the role

As the Store Manager for HANARO MART', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Melbourne. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for the retail industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service
  • Minimum 2-5 people team management experience required
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
  • Ensure that the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Analyse store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store and company objectives

What we're looking for

  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail management experience required
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is highly regarded.
