Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in a variety of business improvement and ICT projects.
- Collaborate with external technical engineers, project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct business process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage project deliverables such as project plans, business cases, system design specifications, test plans, communication strategies, and user documentation.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion within timeframes and budgets.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management, manage escalations, and address variations in project scope while mitigating risks.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between project objectives and organizational priorities.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in managing complex ICT projects.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
