About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Fluids Assistant at Weary Dunlop Retirement Villagein Wheelers Hill. This is a part time position working Saturday to Tuesday

This role is crucial in promoting and assisting with all aspects of nutritional food and fluid intake of our residents. In this role you will:

• Ensure all residents receive a jug of fresh water and clean glass each morning to maintain their hydration
• Prepare smoothies and/or food supplement drinks (e.g., Ensure) when required and maintain a continuous supply in the dining room fridge
• Assist with all aspects of dining room preparation for morning tea / lunch to create a 5 star dining experience
• Maintaining a record of any fluids and food given to residents, as directed by the Registered Nurse and raising any concerns as they arise
