About the Role

We are currently seeking Rig Offsiders to support our piling operations across a range of infrastructure and construction projects.

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, experience in piling or civil construction, and a desire to build a long-term career in the ground engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, daily operations of the piling rig, and demobilisation of piling rigs and equipment
  • Support drillers and rig operators during piling operations
  • Conduct general laboring duties including manual handling and site clean-up
  • Carry out basic maintenance of plant and tools
  • Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture
  • Report hazards and assist in maintaining HSEQ compliance on site

About you

  • Previous experience as a rig offsider or labourer in piling
  • Hold minimum Dogman High Risk Work Licence
  • Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions
  • A safety-first mindset with the ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Willingness to work away from home on remote or interstate projects
  • Hold other high-risk work tickets (advantageous)
  • Committed to learning and career development in piling operations
