Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation tasks
• Learn cooking techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs
• Learn food presentation and plating techniques
• Follow recipes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming
• This is a full time role that will require you to have flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Capacity to complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Drivers Licence would be an advantage
