Immunisation Program Officer

Maintain and improve document and task tracking systems to log and monitor requests. Use initiative to develop practical solutions that support timely correspondence and reporting.
The essential requirements for this role are:
• Technical – High level of knowledge and experience in the use and management of electronic information systems and an advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Compassion – You understand your individual strengths and are willing to share your knowledge with peers, whilst also valuing the expertise and contributions that come from working with others.
• Integrity – Ability to analyse information to identify service risks and make decisions within the scope of your role, including escalation of concerns or suggested solutions.
