Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW, for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and developing engagement strategies to strengthen client loyalty. You will coordinate with sales teams, oversee CRM systems, and manage projects related to customer experience improvements. The role also requires effective communication with internal teams and clients to align efforts and achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and derive insights
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in sales and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Proficiency in project management to oversee customer-focused initiatives
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in teams
  • Familiarity with auction processes or the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
