Little Tree Practice is seeking Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join its boutique private practice in the heart of Bondi Junction. Due to the high number of referrals received for child, adolescent and youth assessment and management, we are looking for two or more Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join Little Tree on a full-time or part-time basis. Adult psychiatrists looking to expand their practice to the youth year old) demographic would also be a much-needed addition to the Little Tree team.

Little Tree was established in 2018 by Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr Jennifer Harris as a welcoming space for children, teenagers, young people and their families. We have expanded our service to welcome young adults for both psychiatry and psychology assessment and ongoing support. Our focus is on accurate and comprehensive assessment and diagnosis, and we have developed pathways for collaborative care with allied health clinicians in our private practice and public health networks.

Located in Harley Place at 251 Oxford St Bondi Junction, Little Tree has on-site parking for clinicians and a large team of administrative staff supported by our practice manager. Rooms are available with Xestro practice software and the Xestro app for access to clinical information and booking schedule from your phone. Clinicians set their own fees for consultations, with our Admin team managing receipt of payments and Medicare claiming. E-script capability is standard and secure correspondence via Healthlink and Medical Objects is available via Xestro.

Currently we have three Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, a registered Psychologist and a Mental Health Occupational Therapist on the team. We now have room for more clinicians to join, as Little Tree has extended its branches to new rooms on the same floor at Harley Place. We receive a constant stream of referrals from our network of GPs, specialists, school counsellors and psychologists. All Little Tree's rooms have natural light and enough space to accommodate families as well as individual patients. Collegial support via peer review group and supervision for junior consultants are available. Little Tree provides a supportive and friendly environment and an inclusive safe space for all members of our diverse community.
