We're looking for a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Surfers Paradise.
About You
· Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling or Masters in Psychology 

· Registered with ASORC or AHPRA

· Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence

The Role

· 
Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise

· Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition

· Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions

· Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience

· Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments
