Join IPA by Synergie and work with a leading national client on an exciting short-term project in Townsville. We're on the lookout for a fit, safety-focused, and reliable General Labourer to join the crew for the next 6 weeks. This will be a hands-on role assisting with stockpile management, spotting machine operators, and general labouring. You will be working with a close-knit team, completing physically active work, and plenty of variety for day to day duties. HR licence or excavator ticket a bonus but not essential.

Your role will include:

  • Managing and maintaining stockpiles
  • Spotting and supporting machine operators
  • General site and yard duties
  • Working closely with senior team members and operators
  • Following all safety procedures and site protocols

You'll Need To

  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Pass a medical, Drug & Alcohol screen, and AFP check
  • Be physically fit and a team player
  • HR licence or excavator ticket (highly regarded, not essential)
