Your Role as a Diploma Educator

As part of our passionate team, you'll be trusted to bring creativity, care, and initiative into your everyday practice. You'll have the autonomy to lead meaningful learning experiences while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

You will:

• Design and implement engaging programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Observe, document, and extend on children's learning and development
• Build strong, positive partnerships with families and colleagues
• Create inspiring learning environments that invite curiosity and discovery
• Mentor and support other educators through collaboration and shared knowledge
• Contribute to the culture of our centre through events, celebrations, and community connections

What We're Looking For

We're looking for educators who are passionate about making a genuine difference — people who bring warmth, initiative, and a love of early learning into everything they do.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be working toward it
• A Paid Blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to renew within 4 weeks of starting)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A willingness to be part of a team that values laughter, learning, and lifelong relationships
