About the role:

You'll work with leading haircare brands such as ColorWow, Alfaparf, Pump, K18, Olaplex and many more. Your role will be to deliver outstanding service, understand each client's needs, and guide them to the perfect products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide an in‑store experience that keeps customers coming back
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver consistently exceptional service
  • Maintain professional visual merchandising standards

About you:

You're personable, engaging, and passionate about haircare. You're also:

  • Qualified hairdresser (Certificate III preferred)
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and organised
  • Reliable and well presented
  • Team player, sales-minded and target-driven
  • Strong knowledge of the haircare industry

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous hairdressing or haircare industry experience
  • Retail sales background
  • Ability to multitask in a busy retail setting
