Powdercoater/TA

The Details:

Bring your passion for high-quality finishes and exceptional tradecraft to MTE as our powder coater within the sheetmetal department. This is your opportunity to work with a growing company in Adelaide's northern suburbs, where you will have the chance to make a difference and work on projects of significance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and cleaning of metal surfaces ready for coating
• Applying powder coating to meet production and quality standards
• Performing touch-ups and quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish
• Maintain equipment and work areas in line with safety and environmental standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines

Skills and Experience:

Success in this role will require the following:

• Previous Powder Coating experience is essential
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Effective organising skills to ensure efficiency of jobs
• Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
