The Role

Our Woolloongabba office seeks a Senior Civil Engineer (CPEng/RPEQ) to join our growing Civil team. This role is pivotal in leading and delivering civil engineering projects, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior staff.

Our ideal applicant will have 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting engineering and a strong track record of managing and delivering projects across roads, drainage, stormwater, and municipal services with great knowledge of local council and authority requirements. You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, sound design skills, and confidence in relevant industry software.

This role will require you to manage client relationships, provide RPEQ certification, oversee project delivery, and contribute to the professional development of our engineering team. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and third parties, are essential.
