About the Role:

The role is Monday to Friday with the possibility of after hours duties ( shared among the team ).

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality locksmith services to our commercial and residential clients, including:

· Lock installations, repairs and replacements

· Rekeying and master key systems

· Security assessments and hardware upgrades

· Commercial Hardware Installations

· Emergency lockout services

What we're looking for:

· Qualified locksmith with relevant certifications (Certificate III in Locksmithing or equivalent)

· Valid Driver's Licence

· Police Check and ability to obtain a Working With Children Check

· Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

· Strong Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience in both domestic and commercial locksmithing preferred
