Launnie Care Services (LCS) is a leading provider of disability and community support services in Tasmania. We are expanding and currently looking for a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team at our Newnham office.

About the Role
As an Administration Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your duties will include:
- Managing emails, phone calls and front-office enquiries
- Assisting with onboarding and HR paperwork
- Scheduling and rostering support staff
- Maintaining accurate client and staff records
- Providing general administrative support to managers and coordinators
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience (community services or disability sector an advantage but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
