About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Local MC (Multi Combination) Driver to join our operations team in Wetherill Park, relocating soon to Smithfield, Sydney. This role involves local deliveries, ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and drive MC vehicles to deliver goods locally.
  • Load, unload, and secure freight in line with safety and handling procedures.
  • Follow designated routes and delivery schedules.
  • Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel use, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Current MC (Multi Combination) Licence.
  • Proven experience driving MC vehicles.
  • Bulk Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence – highly regarded.
  • Strong driving record and sound knowledge of transport safety standards.
  • Current National Police Check.

Successful candidates will be required to provide:

  • Current MC licence.
  • DG licence (if applicable).
  • Driving history printout.
  • Medical clearance including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Current National Police Check prior to employment.
