The Role – Senior Estimator

We're seeking a highly skilled Estimator to lead the tendering process across luxury residential projects.

You will:

  • Review drawings in detail and prepare accurate, competitive tenders
  • Conduct site visits to assess logistics and methodology
  • Maintain and update the rates database
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless project handovers

This is a key role within the business, working closely with senior management and the delivery team.

About You
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
  • Proven experience estimating luxury residential projects
  • Strong trade and measurement knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Stable, consistent work history
