About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager within our specialised Geriatric Evaluation Management Unit. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your leadership career whilst making a meaningful difference in elderly patients' lives.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team providing comprehensive assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services for older adults with complex health needs. You'll support the Nurse Unit Manager in delivering evidence-based care that improves functional outcomes and enhances quality of life for our most vulnerable patients.

Key responsibilities:

• provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• ensure high-quality, person-centred care delivery
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation
• assist with operational management and staff development

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
